Order Fulfillment Time
Most orders are processed and will leave our warehouse within 2-3 working days from the day we receive your order. Depending on the time of day your order is received and the daily order volume we have, it may take one extra day to ship your merchandise. Our guarantee: ”We will ship your package without any unnecessary delay!”
Why does it take 2-3 days to process and leave our warehouse?
When you place your order with us, the merchandise will either need to be made, assembled, or delivered from the vendor. We do not keep all of the merchandise in stock.
Please note: No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
If we are unable to ship your order due to any special circumstances, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone .
Shipping Information
All of our packages are shipped via UPS for United States . For outside the United States, we ship Post Express Mail Service and sorry, no Fed-Ex.
Although UPS does not guarantee Ground Delivery Service to arrive within a specified time frame, typically they deliver goods to anywhere in the 48 states within 4 - 6 business days and 1-3 business days excluding Saturday , Sunday if you are ordering from CA, NV, UT, and AZ. The package is shipped from the Los Angeles area.
UPS cannot deliver to post office boxes.
Delivery days excluded for UPS: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4 th , Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

For outside of U.S., we ship by Postal Express Mail Service.

Shipping and handling is not refundable and they are not guaranteed. Package Tracking Numbers We will provide you with the UPS and the Postal Express Mail Tracking number via email when you order with us. So please, ensure your email address is correct.

All packages are shipped from Torrance, CA. Delivery time in transit plus 2-3 days processing time to leave our warehouse.
Expedited Shipping Information
Expedited Shipping such as 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select is also available at an additional charge. But remember to add the 2-3 days for processing and production time to leave our warehouse. Additionally, if you chose an expedited shipping method such as 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select shipping and the shipper does not deliver it "on time", we can not refund the expedited shipping charges. Although UPS do es a commendable job overall with their delivery performance, occasionally orders are delayed and even lost. An uncontrollable delay is due to bad weather condition. This delay is beyond theirs and our control. Either way, we cannot refund shipping charges.

Wrong Address Information
If the address you gave us has any mistakes causing the delivery company to be unable to deliver the package, we will send your merchandise again but you are responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order please email Customer Service Department immediately!

10% Cancellation Fee/non-refundable shipping charges
In the event you cancel an order after the merchandise has been shipped and is en route to you, you are responsible for all shipping charges incurred in the transaction and a credit card processing fee of 10% (even if you do not accept the delivery from the shipper) . This is to cover the fee that is charged to us when we process your order with your credit card.

Returns & Exchanges
Refunds?
We allow refunds on items with 10% restocking fee. No refund on shipping charge, no exceptions please. All items for exchange or refund must be received with 14 days after shipping. If the item is returned after the 14 days, it will be sent back to the customer. We will evalute the merchandise to make sure it has not been worn or used. ITEM MUST BE SENT BACK IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.
We would love to have your business, but take your time and evaluate before placing your orders. You can even email us with questions if you're not sure about something. We will get the right answers for you.
Returns & Exchanges
Items for exchange must be sent back in ORIGINAL condition within 14 days after delivery. Customers must email us within 2 days after receiving an exchangable merchandise to return for exchange.
Exchange Instruction:
1) To make an exchange, you must receive a Return Item number( RIN) by email. Items without a Return Item Number will be sent back.
Email us at info@hairesthetic.com and request an exchange. Please provide your order number when you email. It's located on your invoice.
2) After receiving the RIN, send us all the tags, bags, and a copy of the invoice or just write your order number on any sheet of paper with your name and address. Write the RIN number on the invoice and send it in along with the merchandise
3) Take the package to the nearest UPS or Post Office. Customers are responsible for paying the postage to send it back.

Shipping Information on exchanges
Customers must pay shipping on all exchanges both ways.
Internatioal orders
Yes! We do send orders outside of United States Now. We will ship your orders by United States Postal Express Mail Service which will cost $35.00 US. After we ship your package, we'll email you a tracking number to get the up to date status on your package.
Express Mail Service (US Postal Service) : $18.00 (Canada Only)
Express Mail Service (US Postal Service): $30.00 (All other International)
The delivery time will vary, but generally it takes about 5-7 days, plus processing time of 2-3 days. However, there may be some delays due to each country's customs department. We found that the shipping charge to be the most reasonable with the United States Postal Express Mail Services.
Also, keep in mind, since your packages is being shipped from the United States, you may experience additional fees such as Taxes levied by your country. This is out of our control, sorry.
