I would’ve gave five stars if they had sent the right color. I ordered a #2 but got a #3 in a bag labeled #2. I ended up having to color it to match my hair. Other than that the hair feels great and the ponytail was cute after I colored it.

The hair is nice but I ordered a #2 in the 18in. Kinky Wave but I got a #3 which does not match my hair. Now I always order#2’s my last order from this company was #2 and it matched beautifully and when both ponytails are side by side they are not the same. So somebody put the wrong color hair in the right bag. Bag says #2 but it is clearly not and now I’m going to have to color it which I didn’t want to have to do.

Ponytail Wrap
It is a very nice ponytail, soft hair. The color 2 was a little lighter than expected but not too much. If I did order another ponytail in the future I would probably get it custom to be a little thicker. This is only my preference b/c I have naturally thick hair that i like to hide completely. My work around was to braid my natural hair, tuck it under my ponytail holder and then put this on. Braiding my real hair helps keep it away from the velcro which is super strength.

Very full and soft hair... truly lovely, I received a few compliments. Customer service is also great, just have to remember that the items are made to order which also makes the item specially made.
