For all wefted hair and braiding hair, we accept returns for exchanges or refunds minus 10% service charge.
For all other merchandise such as wigs, upart, half wigs, ponytails, toppers, wired/halo. and clip on hair, we allow exchange or credits only. Sorry no refunds. They are made to order. We can however, offer exchanges or credits.
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your product for exchanges and returns.
